Yes, there is a $10 fee (each way). The fee is waived for orders of $100 or more.

Dry Cleaning
What is "dry cleaning"? Does it use water?
Dry cleaning uses a special solvent instead of water and detergent. That helps prevent shrinking, stretching, and colour fading, especially on suits, silk, and wool.
How do I know if an item needs to be dry cleaned?
Check the care label inside the garment. If it says "Dry Clean Only," bring it to us. For suits, coats, silk, and formal wear, dry cleaning is usually the safest option.
Can dry cleaning remove all types of stains?
We handle most stains well, especially oil, grease, makeup, and wax. Coffee, wine, and sweat may need extra pre-treatment. For the best result:
1. Bring the item in as soon as you can.
2. Don't rub the stain or try to wash it at home first.
3. Tell us what caused it so we can treat it properly.
Should I leave my clothes in the plastic bags after I pick them up?
Take the bag off once you're home. It's there to protect your clothes on the way from our store. Leaving it on can trap moisture and lead to mildew or odours.
How do you handle delicate fabrics like silk, wool, and cashmere?
These fabrics can shrink or lose their shape in a regular wash. We inspect each piece first and use gentle cleaning and pressing suited to the material.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Most orders are ready in 3 to 4 days. Coats, gowns, or heavy stain work may take a little longer. In a rush? Let us know at drop-off and we'll do our best.
Why does cleaning a Canada Goose coat cost more than a regular down coat?
Premium parkas like Canada Goose, Moncler, and Nobis have more down, heavy water-resistant shells, and removable fur ruffs. The down has to be dried slowly and fully re-lofted so it stays warm, which takes much longer than a regular puffer. Read more
What's the difference between cleaning a regular down coat and one with leather trim (like Mackage or Rudsak)?
The down needs moisture to get clean, but the same treatment can stiffen, crack, or discolour leather. We protect the trim, treat the leather separately, and condition it afterward so it stays soft.
Do I have to dry clean my wool coat? What happens if I wash it in my washing machine?
For most tailored wool coats, yes. In a washer, wool can felt and shrink by a full size or more, and the lining and structured collar can pull out of shape.
What is the best way to clean my Aritzia Super Puff?
Check the care label first. Even when washing is allowed, the shell can scuff or lose its sheen, and the down clumps if it isn't dried slowly. Professional cleaning uses down-safe products and controlled drying to restore the puff.
How should I clean a silk dress from Reformation or Park & Fifth? Why can't I just wash it?
Dry clean it, even if the label allows hand washing. Water can leave rings on silk, dull its sheen, make dyes bleed, and pucker seams on bias-cut and slip styles.
What's the best way to clean a viscose dress?
Viscose loses much of its strength when wet, so it can shrink, stretch, or change texture in the wash. We recommend dry cleaning. If the label allows washing, use cold water, lay it flat to dry, and never tumble dry it.

Wedding Dress Cleaning
How much does wedding dress cleaning cost?
Wedding dress cleaning starts from $200. The exact price depends on fabric, beading or embellishment, and how much staining needs treating, we'll always give you a quote before we begin any work.
How long does wedding dress cleaning take?
It usually takes longer than a standard garment because of the hand inspection, pre-treatment, and finishing involved. We'll give you a specific timeline when we quote your gown, so let us know if you're working around a deadline like a preservation appointment or an anniversary.
Can you clean my dress before the wedding, not just after?
Yes. We offer pre-wedding pressing and steaming so every layer falls correctly and the train drapes the way it should. We can deliver your gown ready to wear ahead of your ceremony.
What stains can you actually get out?
We regularly treat makeup, lipstick, wine, food and drink, grass, mud, perspiration, and general dirt around the hemline. The sooner it comes in after your wedding, the better the outcome, stains that sit and set are harder to fully remove.
Do you offer wedding dress preservation or boxing?
We specialize in cleaning bridal fabrics, not long-term preservation or archival boxing. Once your gown is cleaned, we're happy to advise on storing it safely at home, a breathable garment bag, away from direct light, heat, and humidity.
Can you pick up my dress from my hotel after the wedding?
Yes. We can coordinate pickup directly from your hotel the morning after, or arrange a residential pickup once you're back from your honeymoon, across Downtown Toronto and Scarborough.

Alterations
How long do alterations take?
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the work. Simple hems and repairs are typically quicker than more involved tailoring like jacket resizing or formalwear adjustments. Bring your garment in for a fitting and we'll confirm a timeline before we begin.
What types of garments can you alter?
We alter suits, dresses, pants, skirts, jackets, and formalwear including wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. If you're not sure whether we can help with a specific piece, contact us and we'll let you know.
Do I need an appointment for a fitting?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead helps us make sure a tailor is available to fit you right away. If your alteration is time-sensitive, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can you alter my wedding dress?

Shoe Cleaning
Why shouldn't I just put my sneakers in the washing machine?
Washing machines are harsh on footwear. The tumbling action can warp the shape, weaken structural adhesives, and cause midsoles to separate. Standard detergent and heavy water soaking can also permanently damage delicate materials like suede, nubuck, and premium leather. We use material-safe solutions and hand-cleaning techniques to protect the integrity of your shoes throughout.
What materials and brands do you clean?
We clean almost all materials: canvas, mesh, knit (Flyknit, Primeknit), smooth leather, patent leather, vinyl, rubber, nylon, and delicate suede or nubuck. We regularly service everything from everyday runners and athletic sneakers (Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Brooks) to premium streetwear (Jordans, Yeezys) and luxury designer brands (Gucci, Balenciaga, Prada).
Can you remove deep stains like grease, oil, grass, or ink?
We have specialist spot-treatment solutions for tough stains and successfully remove or significantly reduce the vast majority; including mud, grass, salt, and food. The final result does depend on how long a stain has had to set, so the sooner you bring your shoes in after a spill, the better the outcome.
Do you clean the inside of the shoe as well?
Yes. A proper refresh means the whole shoe. Our service includes an interior deep clean that sanitises the lining and insoles, eliminating the bacteria that cause odour rather than just masking it.
How long does it take?
Because we don't use heat dryers (which can shrink shoes and crack leather), all footwear is air-dried naturally in a climate-controlled environment. Standard turnaround is 7 days, ensuring your shoes leave completely dry, conditioned, and ready to wear.

Yes. We follow hygiene protocols suited to sensitive environments like healthcare clinics, spas, gyms, and food service, so linens and uniforms come back sanitized and ready to use.
