From label check to final fold

Label review

Every garment receives a thorough label inspection before we begin. Care labels tell us how each material responds to heat, water, and cleaning solvents, allowing our experts to tailor the cleaning method to each item, whether it's delicate wool, breathable cotton, or durable synthetic fabric.

Precision sorting

Before a single wash cycle begins, our team sorts every item by color, separating darks, lights, and whites into their own loads. Each pile is then sorted again by fabric type, keeping towels and linens separate from clothing. This two-stage process allows us to fine-tune water temperatures and simplify the drying cycle.

Cycle & temperature selection

Different fabrics require different wash settings. Items like underwear and bed sheets need hotter water to break down body oils, while more delicate fabrics call for a gentler approach. We select the ideal temperature and cycle for every load to ensure a thorough yet fabric-safe clean.

Professional dry cleaning

Following pre-spotting, garments are placed in our dry cleaning machine and treated with a professional-grade solvent. High-speed spins remove any excess solvent before a controlled release of warm air leaves each fabric fresh and residue-free.

Quality control check

Every item goes through a detailed final check before it is returned to you. This ensures nothing is overlooked and every piece meets our quality standards. Each item is then carefully folded or hung to keep it in pristine condition.
