Before the Big Day

Arrive in a dress that looks exactly as you imagined

Your gown may have been stored, shipped, or altered in the weeks leading up to your wedding. We offer pre-wedding pressing and steaming to ensure every layer falls perfectly, seams are smooth, and the train drapes exactly as it should. We can deliver your dressed and pressed gown ahead of your ceremony, so it's ready the moment you are.

After the Big Day

Don't let the stains set, the sooner the better

The longer stains sit in fabric, the harder they become to remove; and wedding days are not gentle on a gown. Champagne, wine, makeup, grass, dirt, and sweat all have their way of working into delicate fibres. We recommend booking your post-wedding clean within a few days of your wedding while stains are still fresh and treatable.

We can coordinate pickup directly from your hotel the morning after your wedding, or arrange a residential pickup when you're back from your honeymoon. You won't need to worry about it on the day.

Arrival inspection

We examine your gown thoroughly before we begin, noting every stain, area of concern, and any existing damage. We walk you through our findings so there are no surprises.

Fabric assessment

Silk, beading, lace overlays, and structured boning each require a tailored approach. We identify the right cleaning method before anything touches the dress.

Stain pre-treatment

Hemlines, underarms, and necklines are treated individually by hand using fabric-safe solvents before the main clean begins.

Individual cleaning

Your gown is cleaned alone, never with other garments, using a solvent process gentler on delicate fibres than conventional washing.

Re-inspection

Every inch of the gown is re-examined after cleaning. If any staining remains, we treat and re-clean before moving forward.

Hand pressing & finishing

Your gown is steamed and hand-pressed to restore its original shape, silhouette, and structure. Beading and embellishments are handled carefully throughout.

Before You Send It

A few things to keep in mind

A little preparation on your end helps us do our best work on the gown.

Avoid wrapping the dress in plastic

Fabric needs to breathe, and plastic traps moisture that can lead to mildew or yellowing

Avoid cleaning the stains yourself

Don't attempt to treat stains yourself before we've seen the gown, as home products can set stains permanently or damage delicate fibres.

We'll provide a quote before cleaning

This provides transparency to the costs needed to clean your dress. We'll also always flag any areas where results may be limited due to fabric type or stain age.
